Oscar is a serial entrepreneur and partner in a boutique management consultancy firm where he conducts corporate learning interventions for Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. He has traveled to 834+ cities in the United States and has conducted more than 3,000 workshops and seminars in eight countries.

Oscar is passionate about learning and development and had worked with over 65 Corporate Universities and has taken on many roles as an instructional designer, corporate trainer, coach, and consultant.

Oscar is an avid learner who is passionate about educating and inspiring others to release their full leadership potential. He currently lives in Miami Beach, Florida.

Oscar holds a Master of Science in Organizational Learning and Leadership Development with a core focus on Human Resources Development. His thesis focused on the application of Flow Theory in the classroom.

Oscar is currently a doctoral candidate at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania Penn CLO program with an interdisciplinary focus on business acumen, learning technology, leadership development, and enhancing the overall learning function of the organization.
